Mr. Scindia has published a book on the terminal building architecture of AAI airports

On Friday, the Civil Aviation Minister, Jyotiraditya Scindia, unveiled a coffee table book showcasing the traditional and local architecture of terminal buildings at AAI airports.

The book features traditional and local architecture of upcoming terminal buildings at 19 airports. Senior officials from civil aviation ministry, AAI, DGCA, and BCAS attended the launch in the national capital.

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) consciously incorporates local architecture and culture in the facade and interiors of new buildings, according to AAI Chairman Sanjeev Kumar.

Scindia stated in the book's foreword that the terminal buildings are designed to represent the area's diverse culture, traditions, and art, serving as symbols of pride for the local community and the nation
